The first run asks for Health and website access. Review the request, then approve the verified BPG Shortcut and site.
AUTOMATIC UPDATES
Finish Apple setup
Connect the shared Shortcut to this challenge. It receives a separate submit-only device credential; your private invitation stays in BPG Steps.
- Test the automatic update. This primes Health and website permissions while you are present.
- In Apple Shortcuts, create one Time of Day automation for 8:00 AM, Daily. Choose Run Immediately and run BPG Steps. Open Apple Shortcuts
- Keep the automation enabled. It rechecks up to seven completed days, so a missed or late sync can repair itself.
Apple requires each employee to approve the Shortcut, permissions, and one personal automation on their own iPhone. BPG cannot silently create those Apple-owned settings.

ACCESS NEEDED
Open your personal invitation
Use the private invitation link you were sent. It restores your challenge access on this iPhone.
What gets shared?
BPG’s API receives only the date and combined challenge total. Apple may list the contributing Health samples in its permission sheet because the total was calculated from them; individual samples are not included in the API request. The green button sends when you tap it. If you connect automatic updates, the reviewed Shortcut sends completed-day totals at the Apple automation time you approve.
